Shaji is a seasoned Banking and Capital Markets professional with almost 30 years of experience .  He has served in middle and senior management roles in different organisations.  He brings in domain knowledge, customer service expertise,  strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Shaji is a global people leader who excels at setting up and organising teams, implementing process improvements, and delivering projects. He is highly regarded for his transparent and clear communication, leadership, people management & mentoring, project management skills as well as his ability to drive change and transformation.  Shaji joins us from BNY Mellon | Pershing, India, where he was Director - Operarions.  He has also worked at Standard Chartered as Vice President - Operations and as Head - Branch services and Operations for IDFC Mutual Fund.

Praveen has more than 26 years of experience in the areas of digital, customer experience, operations, and marketing across AMCs and Banks. In 2008, he was inducted as the founder COO&CFO for Axis Asset Management Company. He moved to Axis Bank to head its Retail Digital Banking and Customer Experience departments. Praveen retired from corporate life at age 50 to launch Anthrop Consulting a marketing and digital consulting firm. He also on the board the Forum for Knowledge and Social Impact which publishes www.idronline.org, India’s first independent media platform for the development community.
